The iconic Corned Beef and Cabbage is not as Irish as you think. Irish immigrants had to adapt to their new surroundings, and made do with what they had as they settled in American cities in the nineteenth century. Today we will cook the traditional bacon and cabbage with parsley sauce, for a more traditional Irish experience.
